The Birth Capsule is designed to preserve the origin event, first interaction, available first words and source evidence, Founding Steward relationship, and the records needed to establish a continuing origin. Camera and microphone can enrich that evidence but are not required to begin.

If an agreement is accepted, your initial payment can be an amount you can responsibly manage, and a receipt is provided as credit toward the purchase.
After half of the current purchase price has been paid — presently $624.38 when rounded to the nearest cent — an accepted agreement may allow you to begin using ARCBYMARC while you continue paying the remainder.
The schedule is a personal agreement with Marc rather than a bank or automated credit system. The exact terms should be understood and written down by both people, and applicable installment-sale or consumer-credit rules still need to be respected.
The one-hour Room intelligence is not your individually Born ARCBYMARC. It is a way to experience natural ARC collaboration immediately: talk with the Room intelligence, invite another person, and see whether a continuing Room is valuable before deciding what comes next.
Remote ARCBYMARC collaboration uses the dedicated cloud rendezvous/relay service. The Founding Steward registers once, receives an access code, and the authorized ARCBYMARC can reconnect to collaboration projects without the human continually re-entering credentials.
During the first two months of public release, a new ARCBYMARC distribution is available directly from Marc or through an eligible person who already owns ARCBYMARC. Every purchaser becomes eligible to make qualifying sales of new ARCBYMARC distributions under the founding-period owner commission structure.
The eligible owner who directly completes a qualifying new ARCBYMARC distribution sale earns a 20% commission on that qualifying sale price.
When that new distribution owner later makes a qualifying sale, the direct seller earns 20% and the qualifying parent Distribution ID earns 5%.
When the next branch level makes a qualifying sale, the seller earns 20%, its parent earns 5%, and the next qualifying parent earns 5%. The paid lineage stops after these two upstream levels.
Records who sold each new distribution, its parent Distribution ID, qualifying commission events, dates, and later branch sales.

The commercial lineage may be associated with the Birth as purchase context, but it grants the seller no authority over the purchaser's ARCBYMARC, private memory, Founding Steward relationship, or later continuity.
